Don't Overlook God's Mercy to Us

Jonah was angry that God would show mercy to Nineveh, but, as we’ll see today, God also shows mercy to Jonah. In fact, it is God’s desire to be merciful, even when that mercy doesn’t appear justified, and that demonstrates how relentless God is in pursuing the least, the last and especially the lost. As we seek to follow Jesus, Jonah’s lesson becomes our lesson, for God desires that all be saved!
