We want to make sure you get the support you need!

Step 1: Ask yourself, "Is this a new ministry idea or does it involve an outside organization?"
If the answer is "yes", then click the link below to navigate to the New-idea page. If not, proceed to Step 2!
Step 2: Check the Facilty Calendar
See what is already scheduled to optimize impact and to avoid conflicts or excessive resource strain.
Step 3: Fill out the right form!
A, B or C communication tier events complete the EVENT APPROVAL FORM. ONCE THE EVENT IS APPROVED, YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE THE FACILITY REQUEST FORM TO RESERVE RESOURCES.

D communication tier events - ONLY complete the FACILITY REQUEST FORM.

Communication Tiers explained

  • Tier A: 
BIG potential reach with an invitation to ALL ages and demographics; both our existing church family AND the community. Expected attendance of over 100, with a big emphasis on external invitations. (i.e. - Christmas, Easter, Sunday Mornings).
  • Tier B:
Similiar to Tier A, but targeted audience is half or less of church family size. (i.e. - church-wide series, Women's conference, Family Outreach events).
  • Tier C:
Intended audience is primarily our church family. Primary goal is to engage our church family to become more like Jesus. Includes ALL demographics. (i.e. - Dream Team, groups, non- Sunday worship services, newcomer/ membership events).
  • Tier D:
Intended audience is primarily our church family. Primary goal is to engage our church family to become more like Jesus. Includes demographic subsets (i.e. men's or women's, students, etc.)
